SCOPE OF WORK: Exterior structural, window and masonry restoration. New elevated concrete parking deck. Creation of 30 loft apartments and 15 commercial office suites. Azola & Associates scope includes general partnership management, historic oversight, security and communication system design/build, window restoration and commercial tenant improvements.
OWNER: Railway Express LLC., including Azola Family Holdings, LLC.
DESIGN/BUILD TEAM: Hord Coplan Macht architect, Doracon/Banks joint venture GC, with additional design/build by Azola & Associates, Inc.
